("Company", "we", "our" or "us") in connection with the Kikippa brand and products. By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, the user acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to these Terms. A user who does not agree with these Terms should discontinue use of the Website.
 

2. Purpose of This Website

 

The Website is primarily an information and promotional platform intended to provide visitors with information concerning Kikippa products, functions, specifications, features, usage and related brand information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website does not constitute an e-commerce platform, and the display of any product or product information does not itself constitute an offer or create an obligation on the Company to sell or supply that product.

Users are responsible for confirming compatibility with their own devices and should follow the product instructions and user documentation supplied with the relevant product.

 

5. Regulatory and SIRIM/MCMC Information
 

The applicable Kikippa wireless earphone model has obtained SIRIM QAS Type Approval for its communication and wireless features in accordance with applicable Malaysian communications and multimedia technical requirements. Any reference on the Website to SIRIM QAS certification, MCMC requirements, type approval, compliance approval, certificate numbers or regulatory information applies only to the specific model, communication or wireless function and certification expressly identified by the corresponding valid certificate or regulatory documentation. No statement on the Website shall be construed as representing regulatory approval, certification or endorsement beyond the specific scope covered by the applicable certificate, and compliance with other applicable Malaysian regulatory requirements remains separately applicable where relevant.
