1. Purpose of this Notice
This Product Safety & Regulatory Information Notice provides general website-level information concerning the Kikippa wireless earphone. It does not replace the operating instructions, warnings, precautions, labels, certification information, technical documentation or other materials supplied with the product. Users should read and follow the materials accompanying the applicable product before use.
2. Malaysian Communications and Wireless Type Approval
The applicable Kikippa wireless earphone model has obtained SIRIM QAS Type Approval for its communication and wireless features. The relevant internal certification record identifies model PDAH001, Certificate of Conformity No. 226889 and Type Approval Code RFFS/89N/1225/S(25-7020), with an approval period from 26 December 2025 to 25 December 2030. Certification statements on the Website shall be limited to the scope and validity of the corresponding certification documentation.
3. Scope of Certification
SIRIM QAS type approval for communication and wireless features should not be interpreted as a blanket approval, medical endorsement, performance guarantee or certification of matters outside the scope stated in the applicable certificate. The product and its distribution remain subject to any other Malaysian legal, safety, labelling, consumer protection or regulatory requirements that may apply independently.
4. Safe Product Use
Users should use the product only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the user manual, product labelling, warnings and precautions. Users should maintain the product and accessories appropriately, use compatible charging accessories where specified, avoid unauthorised modifications, and discontinue use if the product becomes damaged or exhibits abnormal operation. Users should also use earphones responsibly in circumstances where awareness of surrounding sounds is important.
5. Product and Firmware Updates
Product specifications, accessories, compatibility information, firmware, packaging or documentation may be revised from time to time. Users should rely on the documentation supplied with the relevant product and any official update information issued for that model.
